TL;DR
This week, we showcase how our platform is used by lifestyle medicine clinics to enable a more preventative approach to healthcare. Specifically, we introduce our sleep tracking tool that can find correlations between patients’ sleep issues (e.g., insomnia, sleep apnea) and other biomarkers from medical assessments such as blood tests, epigenetic tests, colonoscopy, and many more. This week, Livv Health was represented at the HETT event in Excel London, and invited to a private gathering at the Norwegian Ambassador’s Residence in Kensington Palace Gardens.

Highlights of how lifestyle medicine clinics are using
- Wearable data markers: Through our integration with hundreds of wearable devices (such as Garmin, Apple, and Freestyle Libre), doctors will be able to track sleep duration, sleep effectiveness (measured through REM sleep, deep sleep, etc.), and any other irregularities in the patient’s sleep quality.
- Correlation with medical assessments: Doctor’s are able to compare symptoms with data points from f.ex blood tests, epigenetic tests, full-body MRI scans, and many more. This allows medical personell to create a more holistic overview of a patient’s health and take a preventative approach by treating symptoms earlier on in the patient’s health journey.
- AI analysis based on medical evidence: As shown in the example above, our AI tool will make an analysis for the doctor based on correlations between data points from and markers from the patient’s official medical assessments. In the example above, Livv has detected a possible correlation between the patient’s low sleep duration (source: Oura Ring) with a notable deficiency in Hemoglobin levels (source: SymphonyAge - TrueDiagnostic Organs System Test).

Thanks to an excellent facilitation by Innovation Norway and Norway Health Tech, we had the privilege to meet with healthcare industry leaders in London this past week:
- Ambassador’s Residence: Livv Health was invited amongst some of the most promising digital health companies in the Nordics to the Ambassador’s residence in Kensington Palace Gardens, to celebrate Norwegian-British collaboration in the healthcare sector.
- HETT: During the annual HETT conference (Healthcare Excellence Through Technology), we shared and discussed the future of our lifestyle medicine portal with a range of doctors and clinics in the UK market.
